This role has two main components, one is to provide R&D support to the local business and the second one is to provide Regulatory support for foods
• Deploy innovation projects on time in full implementation of all R&D activities related to FOOD including innovations, activation and savings within the Maghreb region
• Translate consumer/competitor/supplier insights into technically deliverable ideas where relevant.
• Plan and execute robustness testing, factory & pilot trials and measurement activities of formulation options
• Accurate recording, analysis and reporting of experimental data
• Ensure a, Accurate, relevant and timely input into the Innovation process and Regulatory risk assessment of projects.
• Maintain influential relationships with key technical regulatory bodies that impact this multinational freedom to operate
• Be responsible for making all food products and formulations are compliant with local regulations and company
• Be responsible for Quality of Design aspects towards local Maghreb stakeholders,
• Ensure that all necessary documentation required supporting product & claims is submitted to regulatory bodies and necessary approvals obtained to enable the marketing of the products,

► Profil recherché
• You have a Bachelor or Master’s degree in Science , Process, Engineering with Food & Nutrition as major courses.
• You have Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in Research and & Development within food industry.
• You are able to display a strong ability in food preparation and hold tasting interactive assessment sessions
• You have a good mastery on English both written and spoken
• You have strong communication skills
• You have strong technical & regulatory knowledge related to food industry
